3.1 You may register only one (1) account on telor33. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Malaysian mobile number. You agree to promptly update any information that changes. telor33 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Member.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify telor33 support immediately via live chat.
3.4 telor33 may require you to complete identity verification ("KYC") procedures at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing withdrawal requests. Required documents may include a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), proof of Malaysian residential address, and source of funds documentation where applicable.
4.1 All transactions on the telor33 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. telor33 does not accept cryptocurrency, third-party payments, or payments made in currencies other than MYR.
4.2 Deposits are credited to your telor33 wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. telor33 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from accounts not registered in your own legal name.
4.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. telor33 processes approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Platform (typically within 15 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals during standard operating hours). telor33 reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or non-compliance with these Terms.

5.3 Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics, or collusion with other players — will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion and may result in account suspension.
6.1 All games available on the telor33 Platform are governed by the specific rules of each game as presented in-platform. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the server-side record, the server-side record shall prevail.
6.2 telor33's RNG (Random Number Generator) games are certified by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studio providers under the oversight of an international gaming authority. Game outcomes are not manipulated by telor33.
6.3 telor33 reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where a technical malfunction, data feed error, or operational error has materially affected the integrity of the game or resulted in an erroneous outcome being displayed. 10.3 telor33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 telor33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached or that continuation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
11.2 You may close your telor33 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and compliance review.
11.3 Upon termination of an account, any bonus balances, free bets, or promotional credits that have not yet met their applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited.
12.1 telor33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via a notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
